Her diverse background spans Human Resources consulting and administration in corporate, government, consulting, and pro bono sectors. In early 2016, Diane founded Advantage HR Consulting, leading the firm to provide comprehensive and cost-effective Human Resources solutions tailored for small to mid-sized firms in the greater Chicagoland area. Beyond her consulting work, Diane is actively involved in conducting webinars on a broad range of HR topics for compliance training firms across the country.

Diane’s educational achievements include a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has also earned certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, and HRPM®.
